Man robbed during water delivery in Kaneville

Three bandits robbed a Demerara Crystal Water worker in an attack at Kaneville, East Bank Demerara last Thursday as he was making a delivery.

Joel Kisram, 35, of 13th Field, Cummings Lodge, was relieved of a cellphone, valued at $45,000, and a $1,300 in cash.

A Guyana Police Force statement said that Kisram was delivering water in the community when the attack took place.

Kisram was driving motor vehicle GKK 1216 when one of the suspects rode by him and then proceeded to throw his bicycle into the path of the vehicle, causing him to stop.
