Compromises should be sought if lands were purchased in good faith

Dear Editor,

What a mess! Lands sold by the one who had no authority to so do. Purchasers who thought they had engaged in legal transactions are now being told their purchases are null, void and of no legal effect, having spent huge amounts in developmental works, and being issued with ultimatum to vacate. What a mess indeed! Should purchasers be disadvantaged?  Can compromises be found out of this morass?

Sincerely,

Shamshun Mohamed
