It seems some COVID cash grant field operatives are visiting residents to distribute the grant unmasked.
A resident related recently this experience she encountered, and when asked to mask up the team left, resulting in her not getting the benefit.
The happy ending is, an intervention saw the resident receiving the benefit subsequently.
The authorities need to ensure field operatives are COVID compliant.
