Dear Editor,
Another examination, another pronouncement on its state, but City Hall is in full procrastination mode on its decision to remove from the dilapidated building. Is it a case of waiting on a state agency to make the decision thus relieving the city mothers and fathers of the responsibility, financial and otherwise?
