Wainwright Bethune was elected president of the Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA), when the staged its Electoral Congress yesterday at the Egbert Benjamin Conference Centre, Mackenzie, Linden.
Bethune’s slate was elected unopposed at the forum. The other members of the executive committee are 1st Vice President Seon Adams, 2nd Vice President Patrick Dey, Secretary Dawn McCammon Barker, Treasurer Kevin DeJong, Organizing Secretary James Trotman, Public Relations Officer Reycia Nedd, Assistant Secretary Treasurer Kellon Josiah and Committee Members Mark Richards, Dexter Harris, and Damion Forrester.
Guyana Football Federation (GFF) representative Lyndon France served as the returning officer for the elections. Also attending on behalf of the GFF was General Secretary Ian Alves.
