The Panthers Rugby club thumped the Police Falcons to remain unbeaten while the Guyana Defence Force outfit got a walk over win when the GRFU 10’s league continued last weekend at the National Park.

The undefeated Panthers club once again showed their superiority with a 39-20 mauling of the Falcons with Godfrey Broomes leading the way with a try and two conversions.

Besides Broomes, the wealth was spread among the Panthers offense.

Jamal Angus, Osei McKenzie, Rondel McArthur, Phibian Joseph, Ryan Dey and Michael Edwards were also on the score sheet for the Panthers recording a try apiece.

Lionel Holder led the Falcons with two tries while Odida Douglas and Adrian Hall chipped in with one each.

In the other game, GDF received a walk over against the Hornets/Caribs unit which was a no-show.

The league continues this weekend at the same venue.
