NIS PRO has not responded to six emails I sent requesting that my records be corrected

Dear Editor,

I have submitted records of service for the under mentioned years to the National Insurance Scheme five times – 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. My documents were submitted to the General Manager based on an email I received from the Public Relations Officer. On the 10th of February 2022 the Public Relations Officer handed me a copy of my of contribution statement that omitted the above mentioned years. It is now one year, five months and the management of the national insurance scheme has failed to correct my records. I plan to lodge complaints with the Minister of Finance and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Scheme due to the fact I am of the firm belief that I am be victimised. Kindly see email sent to me by the Public Relations Officer. After six emails that I sent to the PRO, to date she has not responded to any.

Sincerely,

Dennis Clarke
