Dear Editor,
Kindly allow me space in your newspaper to call upon the Police and other relevant authorities to do something about the onslaught of the loudest ‘music’ with the most vulgar lyrics, that takes place every Sunday afternoon on the Marriott Hotel beach, Kingston, ironically within a stone’s throw of the Eve Leary Police headquarters.
This is done in the presence of numerous children.
Undoubtedly, it appalls our guests at the Marriott and Pegasus hotels at a time when positive visitor experiences are critical to the success of our tourism industry.
On my simple downloaded app, I recorded the ‘music’ at well over 120 dB.
