Dear Editor,
Each time the rallying call is made about the establishment of the PPC the standard response is it will.be established soon. Another rallying call has to be how soon is soon? The foot dragging and sloth in the establishment of this important body can only be viewed as a lax approach to good governance, transparency and accountability. This was not a manifesto promise.
