A mother of two died and her daughter is in critical condition after they were involved in an accident in the vicinity of Loo Creek, Linden-Soesdyke Highway.
Dead is 35-year-old Natoya Narine. Her 11-year-old daughter is receiving medical attention.
Details of the accident remain sketchy and up to press time the police had not issued any report on it.
The woman reportedly lost control of the vehicle resulting in the crash. She was travelling to the city from Linden with her daughter when the accident occurred around noon yesterday.
