The Ministry of Health yesterday confirmed that eight new cases had been reported after 214 COVID tests were conducted.
Region Two recorded 1 of the new cases, Region Four recorded 6 and Region Six recorded the other.
The ministry’s updated COVID-19 dashboard showed that the COVID-19 ICU was empty, however, 5 persons were in institutional isolation and 126 in home isolation.
The number of deaths in country remained at 1,281.
