With the win, Santos walked away with the championship trophy and medals. On the other hand, the loser pocketed the runner-up accolade.

Meanwhile, Fruta Conquerors crushed Camptown 6-0 in the third place playoff. Tyler Lyles amassed a double in the 20th, and 22nd minute, while the quartet of Quindon Jackman, Arimo Waldron, Christopher Witter and Jamal Jackman netted in the 30th, 55th, 60th and 69th minute respectively.

Due to the outcome, Conquerors pocketed the third place trophy.

“Joshua Denny, who represented the Lodge School team at the Milo and KFC tournament, and also Camptown FC from U-11 to the senior ranks, was robbed and brutally murdered on the 30th of September 2021 whilst on his way to work. It is against this backdrop that my family and I wish to host this tournament to sensitize the public and moreso the youths, about working to achieve their goals instead of crime,” an official release stated.
