Dear Editor,
I am continuing to await my refund from Caribbean Airlines Limited (CAL) for a ticket booked for July 17th 2020 but which was cancelled because of COVID-19. Despite numerous promises CAL is still to make the refund.
My last correspondence from them, see below, was on April 29th, 2022 and they promised a response in 48 hours. It has been six months and there has still been no reply.

I am hoping that I can get a refund or travel credit from CAL before the end of this year.
