I hope this letter attract the attention of someone who has the authority to stop the dreadful noise nuisance that emanates on a nightly basis from Sita’s Bar & Liquid Love at Station Street, Kitty. The music commence playing loud from 5 pm instant and ends in the wee hours at 4 am.
