Now that the Budget is out, Mr Norton and the PNC have a chance of rehabilitating themselves from all the negative criticisms. They should analyse the Budget and come up with some searching questions. Mr Norton should invite all citizens, irrespective of Party, to bring their complaints to him which he could then raise in Parliament. He could write the Ministers including the A-G on some of the complaints and this would give him a platform he never had.
