MVP Sports, the leading distributor of sports apparel on local soil, has partnered with the Petra Organization as a primary sponsor for the entirety of the entity’s football calendar of activities.
This was confirmed on Wednesday afternoon during a simple ceremony hosted at the Brandsville Hotel, Prashad Nagar.
Selwyn Abdool, Public Relations Officer of the MVP Sports, stated the entity is aware of its social and corporate responsibility in the development of sports and is pleased to partner with the Petra Organization.
Meanwhile, Troy Mendonca, Petra Organization Co-Director, said, “On behalf of MVP Sports we are happy to be a part of the Milo competition and be a part of the 2023 calendar of activities. We recognize our importance and social and corporate role in the development of sports in the country.”
He further said that the partnership highlights the trust that has been cultivated by the entity with the corporate community, adding, “We know where we want to go for the sport and they recognize that and we are proud that a company has shown confidence and has committed from the start of the year. On behalf of the Petra Organization, we thank you for taking that step.”
The programmes that will be supported by MVP Sports are: Milo Secondary Schools Football, Boys and Girls ExxonMobil, Limacol, Turbo Knockout, Inter-Tertiary Championship, GuyOil, Futsal Championship, Girls u11, Courts Pee Wee, and KFC International Schools Championship.
