Dear Editor,
Another accident as a result of a tyre exploding killing a mechanic (GDN March 20). I seem to recall a similar accident some time ago with the same result.
Further, houses destroyed by fire in separate incidents, allegedly caused by children playing with matches (GDN). The age old problem of children playing with matches with disastrous consequences never seems to go away.
My sympathies to all affected by these sad occurrences.
