Can Mr. Ramson indicate where reports to Parliament for the past 10 years can be found?

Dear Editor,

I see from letter “Norton failed to familiarize himself with the provisions of the Access to Information Act 2011” that the Commissioner of Information seems to have understood the Access to Information Act well enough to respond to an applicant via media letter. I ask for a similar reply here to satisfy my second unmet request in 2022. I remind that this called for:

1. All Annual Reports on the operations of the Access to Information Act (with information as specified in Section 44 of that Act) over period 2011-2022

2. All published documents and information specified in Section 8 of Access to Information Act from all public authorities over period 2011-2022.

Specifically, can Mr. Ramson indicate where reports to Parliament for the past 10 years can be found as well as specific gazettes where any disclosures from public authorities appeared with any agency websites providing their current list. The latter could greatly reduce need for requests to this Office. I trust that the existence of my request will not be denied. Yet, even without such a request the very Act requires both these to always be publicly communicated. I still await.

Sincerely,

H. Emptage
