Reference is made to the letter to the editor dated April 23, 2023 which was featured in the Stabroek News bearing the caption, `Poor service from NIS on my old age benefits’.
Please be advised that the required authorization for the Pensioner’s representative, as well as the payment is available and can be uplifted. Contact was also made with the representative.
