Excelsior and Dolphin will contest the Region #4 Georgetown divisional final, following semifinal wins yesterday in the 8th edition of the Digicel Schools Football Championship
Staged at Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue, Excelsior bested Charlestown 4-2 on penalty kicks after regulation time ended 1-1.
Prior to the aforesaid conclusion, Tyrese Lyle found the back of the net in the second minute for Excelsior, only for sibling Tyler Lyle to equalize in the 50th minute for Charlestown.
On the other hand, Dolphin edged West Ruimveldt 2-1. Gerry Burnett bagged a double in the 14th and 61st minute for the victor. On target in the loss in the 50th minute was Elijah Marcus.
The two winners will face off on Wednesday for the title.
