Republic Drive crushed Sideline to walk away with the Beterverwagting Inter-Block football competition Friday evening at the Community Centre ground.

In the third place playoff, the Gulf Warriors unit defeated Ogle Street 3-2 to pocket $100,000 and the resulting accolade while Ogle Street received $50,000 and the corresponding trophy.

In the U17 final, Sideline defeated Ogle Street 1-0.

In the individual presentation, Jermaine Cumberbatch of Republic Drive copped the Best Goalkeeper title. The event was coordinated by Team Cruel and DJ Darry.
