Wins for Carmel, Chase Academy, Santa Rosa and Bartica in Limacol Football League

Carmel, Chase Academy, Santa Rosa, and Bartica recorded wins when the Limacol U18 Football League continued yesterday at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue.

Carmel Secondary defeated Wismar/Christianburg 2-1. The combination of Ian Daniels and Amar Husbands scored in the 24th and 69th minute respectively. For Wismar/Christianburg, Kemani Field netted in the 28th minute.

Santa Rosa then mauled East Ruimveldt 3-0. The trio of Keshon Campbell, Darius Williams, and Shemmol Chan scored in the 17th, 47th, and 64th minute respectively.

Bartica downed Mackenzie High 2-1. Billy Smith and Dison Stephen recorded conversions in the third and seventh minutes, respectively.

Chase Academy mauled Ann’s Grove 7-0. Doubles were recorded by Omar Sam [16th and 17th], Bryan Wharton [28th and 66th], and Neeiaz Baksh [29th and 68th], while Tyrell Walcott opened the scoring in the 10th minute.
