Peter Moore, a 51-year-old driver of Lot 935 Kaneville, East Bank Demerara, was fined $7,500 on Friday for throwing material in a public way.
The police said yesterday that he was arrested on 2024-01-15. The defendant appeared at the Diamond/Grove Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Judy Latchman and pleaded guilty to the charge after it was read to him.
The defendant was fined $7,500 or one-week’s imprisonment. He was also ordered to remove the garbage he disposed of.
