Guyana’s Gas-to-Power project will be delayed until the 4th quarter of 2025 (https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/guyanas-19-billion-gas-to-power-project-delayed). Gas pipeline will be ready to deliver gas on shore by the 4th quarter of 2024(https://oilnow.gy/featured/exxon-pipeline-will-be-ready-to-deliver-gas-onshore-by-yearend). Will Guyana be liable to pay US$55M/year for delay in accepting delivery of gas?
The Gas Purchase Agreement should be made available to the public.
