Ramsammy triumphs, Fung gets hat-trick

Darious ‘Razor’ Ramsammy used his sharp physique to slice and dice through the competition and emerged winner of the ‘Resilience’ Bodybuilding Show staged Saturday night at the National Cultural Centre.

Allicock eyes Olympic gold with renewed vigor and focus

Fresh off officially receiving an Olympic Solidarity Scholarship from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) , boxing standout Keevin Allicock is back in the gym with a renewed vigor and focus as he readies himself to launch a new campaign for Olympic honours in the bantamweight division.

John turns tables on Williams

Two weeks after placing third in the first Time-Trial event in the city, Jamaul John took his talents to Linden and dominated his arch rivals, Jamual John and  Marlon `Fishy’ Williams who had to settle for second and third in that order.

Large field for AAG’s S/American 10K

In excess of 70 of the nation’s long distance athletes have already registered to compete in the local leg of the South American 10Km road race scheduled for Sunday at West Demerara.
