LONDON, (Reuters) – An own goal by Michael Keane proved the difference as Tottenham Hotspur beat visitors Everton 1-0 in a dour clash yesterday to move up to eighth in the standings and hand manager Jose Mourinho a 200th Premier League win.

(Reuters) – Formula One came back with a bang yesterday as Finland’s Valtteri Bottas won a dramatic Austrian season-opener for champions Mercedes in a race with only 11 finishers and no spectators.

Newcastle bounce back to draw 2-2 with West Ham

NEWCASTLE, England, (Reuters) – Newcastle United twice came back from a goal down as they grabbed a 2-2 Premier League draw with West Ham United yesterday, robbing the visitors of the chance to put some more daylight between themselves and the relegation zone.
