South Georgetown Masters and North Georgetown Masters battled to a 1-1 draw in game one of their three match series on October 30th at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground, Bourda.
Terrence ‘Old Head’ Lewis gave North Georgetown the initial lead as he found the back of the net in the 35th minute. However South Georgetown levelled proceedings in the 70th minute as Patrice Ram etched his name on the scorer’s sheet.
The event will resume today at 10:00am at the same venue. The event is being played in preparation for the Masters Futsal League which is slated to commence in two weeks.
