Two teens appeared at the Bartica Court yesterday where they were charged and remanded for the rape of a 7-year-old girl.
The boys, ages 15 and 18-years-old were not required to plead to the indictable charge. The 15-year-old has been remanded to the Juvenile Detention Centre in Sophia, while the 18-year-old has been remanded to the Lusignan Prison.
The two will return to court on December 31.
