Dear Editor,
This is a plea from a physically indisposed subscriber to ask the Distribution Department to issue a written instruction to delivery personnel to ensure that the daily paper is placed under the house, as shown in the attached photo; and not on the gate where it was fixed twice on Sunday 25 and got soaked by the rain. Hope this experience is not repeated.
