The calendar has flipped to November so it is crunch time for one of the nation’s most decorated musclemen.

Five-time Mr. Guyana, Kerwin Clarke has his hard hat on in the gym putting on the finishing touches on his sharp, award winning physique in an effort to slice through the competition at the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) Pro Worlds in Los Angeles, California, USA.

At 19 days out, the grueling 12-week prep is almost over and the two-time CAC gold medalist has aspirations of returning home with hardware. Said Clarke yesterday “I am putting together a package that will enable me to come out on top. I am trying to put together a package that is full and shredded at the same time. The 35 year-old who has been competing for the past 11 years, stated that he is “working diligently to accomplish that.”

Supreme confidence would be an understatement to describe how the 180-pound mass of striated muscle is feeling ahead of his debut on the professional stage.

“I am very confident of winning, I have been working hard in and out the gym and it will show. This may be my best package to date.”

The father of two who won the Hercules Classic Pro Qualifier in New York in June to earn his pro card and his spot at the event, said his conditioning is spot on ahead of the November 19-20 event.

“I will be competing in the open bodybuilding class, so my conditioning has to be sharp, right now it is coming in really nicely.”

To conclude, Clarke thanked Champ’s Fitness, Fitness Express, Fitness 53 and Max’s Accounting and Consultancy for supporting him on his bodybuilding and fitness journey.
