Joshua James, a twenty-one-year-old office assistant appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court on 22nd May, 2023 before Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus to answer to the charge of assault that was laid against him.
It is alleged that on 31st January, 2023 at Georgetown, he unlawfully assaulted Quacy Donald so as to cause him actual bodily harm. The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence and was granted bail in the sum of $10,000. The case was adjourned to 5th June, 2023.
