Kaieteur Attack cyclists perform creditably

The riders of the newly formed Kaieteur Attack Racing Club recorded exemplary performances at the recently concluded National Championship, crowding the podium in most of the categories. 

In the junior category, Ajani Cutting finished second in the National Road Race Championship and time trial while Sebastian Nathan placed third in the National Road Race Championship and time trial.

In the elite category time trial championship, Arjune Sookai placed third while Kevin Seaton placed sixth. 

For the master’s national championship, Alexis Mendes placed second while Kwame Ridley finished third in this category. 

Riders from the Kaieteur Attack Racing Club crowded the podium at the recently concluded National Championships.

In the elite national championship,  Ridley finished third, Romello Crawford fifth and Arjune Sookai placed seventh. Additionally,  Ridley led all riders in the masters time trial. 

Additionally, Abigail Jeffrey finished third in the Women’s National Road Race Championship and the time trial. Tandecia Noel placed fourth in the female time trial. 

The club credited hard work and determination for the success of the cyclists.  

“An exorbitant amount of training has resulted in outstanding performances for all the Kaieteur Attack Racing Club cyclists” a statement from the club said.
