Munesh Bissessar, called ‘Sunil’, a 29-year-old driver of Lot 97 Dryshore, Essequibo Coast, was on Thursday charged with for Possession of Narcotics for Trafficking.
The defendant appeared at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Esther Sam, where he pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to six months imprisonment.
Bissessar was arrested on February 10, 2023 for possession of 36 grams of cannabis.
