Retired Deputy Police Commissioner Cecil ‘Skip’ Roberts passed away yesterday in Georgia, the United States.
He was 86 years old.
“He was surrounded by his wife and children at the time of his passing. Despite battling cancer, he maintained his sense of humor, sharing jokes until the very end. His passing was peaceful and painless,” his daughter-in–law, Guenet Roberts yesterday said.
