Michael Adams called ‘Crocklie’, a 60-year-old security guard of Lot 28 Goedverwagting Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara, was arrested on 2024-03-07 and charged yesterday with the offence of rape.
The accused appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court #1 before Magistrate Rochelle Liverpool, where the charge was read to him. He was not required to plead and was remanded to prison.
The matter was adjourned to 2024-03-28 for statements.
