Teen biker dies after crashing into GPL post at Bushlot

Police are investigating a fatal accident which occurred at about 1.50 am yesterday on the public road at Bushlot, Corentyne, Berbice, involving a motorcycle (#CL 9018), owned and ridden by Karan Dhuman, a 17-year-old painter from Lot 334 School Street Bushlot Village.

Initial investigation revealed that the motorcycle was proceeding west along the southern drive lane on the Bushlot farm public road, allegedly at a fast rate, when the teen motorcyclist lost control of his bike and collided with a Guyana Power and Light (GPL) utility post on the southern grass parapet.
