Slingerz FC recorded their sixth consecutive win in the KFC Elite League, battering Buxton United 6-0 last evening at the National Training Centre in Providence.
It was the seventh consecutive loss for the Buxtonians, who have yet to taste victory in the tournament. Darren Niles recorded a second-half hat-trick in the 60th, 83rd, and 90th+2 minutes, while Marcus Tudor bagged a first-half double in the 36th and 39th minutes. Adding to the score in the 55th minute was Gabriel DeSouza. The event continues on Tuesday at the same venue with another round of matches.
