RDC congratulates Region 10 students who were successful at CSEC

Dear Editor, This is an open letter to all of the secondary schools in Region 10, where as Chair-man of the Regional Educa-tion Committee of Region 10 and Regional Chairman, I write to place on record the sincere congratulations of the Regional Democratic Council of Region 10 to those students who would have turned in exemplary performances at the CXC-CSEC examinations this year.

The Agency Shop was illegal

Dear Editor, It is not without significance that almost three years ago, the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Mr Baldwin Spencer, in his feature address to the fifth Triennial Delegates’ Conference of the GLU, advocated, “Guyana should legislate for Agency Shop.”
