Sunburst Camptown receives gear from Continental Group of Companies

On the eve of the opening of the Kashif and Shanghai football extravaganza top city club Sunburst Camptown received a vote of confidence from the Continental Group of Companies.

On Friday, Company Continental Foods Inc., manufacturers of Sunburst Orange Juice, donated approximately $1m worth of football gear to the club. The presentation was made by Company Secretary Percival Boyce, who disclosed that the company was pleased to come to the assistance of the football club.

Club Secretary Akram Sabree, who received the equipment, expressed appreciation to Boyce for the equipment which included FIFA Approved balls, Umbro boots and two sets of complete gear. Sabree said that Sunburst Camptown will try to make the company proud of being associated with them.

“We want to also thank Sunbusrt for staying with us over the years and have come through once again. We promise that with these gears in particular, this team is ready to go all the way to number and to continue to make Sunburst fly high.”

The Sunburst Camptown club show off the gear in the presence of representatives from the Continental Group of Companies.

Continental Foods and the Sunburst Camptown Executive will meet early in the New Year to plan the way forward. Sunburst Camptown, two-time Kashif & Shanghai champions and four-time finalists will open their quest for their third title when they come up against the winner of the Riddim Squad/Liquid Gold game on December 21,  at the GFC Ground.
