GCC, 4R Lions clash today in final

The top two Under-19 teams in Georgetown, 4R Lions and the Georgetown Cricket Club

 will clash today for the inaugural Ramchand Auto Spares, Survival Group of Companies and Trophy Stall 50 overs cricket title.

The match will be played at the GCC Bourda ground and the match begins at 9:15hrs.

4R Lions reached the final by defeating Bel Air Rubis while GCC beat Transport in the other semi-final.

Zachary Jodha will skipper GCC while Romeo Deonarain will skipper 4R Lions.

Rampertab Ramnauth, Deonarain,

Rashad Gaffur Sachin Balgobin, Rampersaud Ramnauth and Adrian Hetmyer will lead the batting for 4R who will be without West Indies U-19 pacer, Isaiah Thorne.

Jodah will lead GCC’s batting with support

Mavindra Dindyal, Aryan Persaud and Shaahid Vieira.
