The Council of the Private Sector Commission (PSC), meeting under the Chair-manship of Vice Chairman, Rafeek Khan, yesterday said it wholly rejects and abhors a “thoughtless, uncalled-for and unfounded personal attack” on its Chairman, Komal Singh and by extension the entire Private Sector, by financial analyst, Joel Bhagwandin.
The Council, in the circumstances, wishes to emphasize its full, unequi-vocal and unquestionable support for the “exceptional leadership, vision and commitment” of the Chair-man in the performance of his duties and responsibilities as Chairman of the Commission and wishes to emphasize its continuing unqualified confidence in the Chairman, a statement from the PSC said.
