Dear Editor, The Annandale/Riverstown Neigh-bourhood Democratic Council in Region Two cannot be excused for the disarray in the Suddie Market area which falls under its control, because of its failure to deal with vendors there.

Dear Editor, In your news item, ‘Jagdeo upbeat on climate $$,’ (December 25, 2009), it struck me as quite odd when it was reported that ‘Guyana is likely to benefit from funds assigned at the recent Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen’.

Dear Editor, I read the report on the ‘Georgetown-Lethem Road, Guyana Pre-Feasibility Study Final Report November 2008’ that is available on the GINA website.
