Dear Editor, Can we really go any lower than the bottom of the barrel?

Dear Editor, CADVA would like to respond to a letter published in SN on August 7 regarding Mr Annan Boodram’s role in the youth conference on August 13 (‘Boodram should withdraw as chair for the youth conference’).

Dear Editor, I am penning this letter with the hope of highlighting the plight of social workers, especially those who work within the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security.

Dear Editor, I am very disturbed to learn that the Linden call centre is in serious trouble and that they are losing their international contract.

Dear Editor, With regard to an article published in the August 4 edition of the Kaieteur News captioned, ‘Mom believes poor patient care caused newborn’s death,’ the management of the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation has the following response.

Dear Editor, According to the Caribbean Human Development Report 2012 (CHDR), in an escalating crime situation in Guyana, the face of crime has been getting younger, fostered by easy accessibility to drugs and firearms.

Dear Editor, It was with great consternation, that I read a letter in the Stabroek News penned by Mr Ashton Simon.
