Unfair for Covid task force to disallow eating at masjids during Ramadan

Dear Editor, As Muslims in Guyana anxiously await the start of the holy month of Ramadan which should be either the 13th or 14th of April 2021, we were greeted with some horrible news by the government’s national Covid-19 task force that decreed that no feeding or eating should take place at masjids after Muslims break their fast after fasting for 14 hours every day with no food or water.
