No credible evidence, witnesses against Roger Khan -President

The lack of evidence that can stand up in court and the refusal of persons to come forward and give information to the police are the reasons behind convicted drug trafficker Roger Khan not being charged locally, according to President David Granger who said he finds the situation of witnesses not coming forward disappointing.

CJ strikes out bid by Nandlall for Cabinet’s resignation

Chief Justice (ag) Roxane George yesterday struck out an application by attorney Anil Nandlall, for mandatory orders compelling Cabinet including the President to resign on grounds that the application was an affront to the principle of precedent, and was wholly misconceived, vexatious, and an absolute abuse of process.
