It’s not something that strikes you if you live in Guyana and don’t travel much, but if you are based outside for some time and then return here permanently, you immediately notice the obvious shortage of systematic approaches, in both government and private sector, many of which impact directly across the society on a daily basis. 

Suspects held in year-old Rose Hall murder

Two persons including the alleged triggerman in the more than one year old murder of Rose Hall resident Caitanya Kishundyal were arrested by the police on Friday evening and they have since admitted their involvement in the crime which they said was an intended robbery.

Two-time defending champions Chase Academy broke the record for the largest margin of victory in the fifth annual Milo U18 Secondary Schools football tournament, mauling North Ruimveldt 17-0 yesterday at the Ministry of Education ground, Carifesta Avenue.

Region Seven residents concerned over land ownership CoI
