Dear Editor It is simply pure damn nonsense (there is that phrase again) in the “missing cheques” matter, highlighted at a recent PAC meeting, that important documents, such as cheque books, ‘were not kept in a secured manner as required’  (KN Feb 18), resulting in a member of staff successfully accessing, forging and encashing a cheque for over half million  dollars.
